Clark's Pump-N-Shop is holding a company wide, open call for any and all employees who would like to apply to be a Manager or Assistant Manager.
If you are able to work independently and are self motivated, if you have good communication skills and customer service, if you are able to motivate fellow employees and have a strong attention to detail, these jobs might be for you.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing daily operations, training and developing store staff, preparing employee schedules, monitoring inventory levels and ordering to ensure in-stock efficiency, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and submitting timely and accurate reports daily to the home office.
