Clues That Indicate Employee Merchandise Theft at 8:41 AM

1.  Employee carries out trash alone - right before break or shift's end.

2.  Employee's car parked out of sight, behind the store, or next to the dumpster.

3.  Employee's purse, garment, or backpack in area of work.

4.  Sack of merchandise next to checkout, next to front door, or outside back door.

5.  Excessive damaged merchandise.  Management allows employees to take it home.

6.  Friends and/or family of employees hang out at store.

7.  Employee never takes breaks.
